Many natural substances such as beers, wines, and some mushrooms, blur the line between food and recreational drugs, as when ingested they affect the functioning of both mind and body.

Diet Oh Diet!

haha.. ok la.. b4 aku g poli. berat aku lam 94kg kot. Then aku amalkan diet kurang sehat. Iaitu xmakan nasi lngsung. berterusan la. Da lebeyh sebulan. Pastu, cuti sem. Blik tmrloh ikot KL. ayah bunBUN blanje nasi...!! tidak!! kbtulan kt situ jual nasi je.. xmkn lapa lak. lagi2 org blnje. spe xnk kn? hehehe... so pecah da rekod.. hmmm... 37 hari je xmkn nasi.. strt dr tu.. strt mkn nasi da. da strt pyh nk stop. hahaha... nk citer nye... berat aku jd 87kg. Tu belom jogging lg. diet je. hahaha..
